Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We do not issue refunds due to carrier delays or delay due to customs. DEFECTS
Every Femme Fierce product undergoes a thorough quality control process. However, if you believe you have received a defective product, please email us at support@femmefierce.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the defect and your order number so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or gift card.
EXCHANGE
Femme Fierce does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued. Please kindly follow the procedures in Defects.
